What is Blog and How to Create a Blog ?

Know about blog and blogging.

A blog is also a website.Actually 'BLOG',the word has formed from the combination of the words, WEB + LOG.

The most common point to define difference between a site and a blog is that the blogger can allow readers commenting on their posts of diary letters, opinions and general site instructions etc!

You can use a blog as your diary, notebook, teaching book, memories or for any reason. If you don't like to allow visitors to comment on your posts, you can stop others commenting.

There are so many web hosting services to create a blog.Especially wordpress,blogger,typepad,livejournal...etc! are very popular.

Blogger.com:
You can create no. of blogs on Blogger.com for free of cost. They give url address like http://YOURSITE.blogspot.com ,but by paying them you can get a custom domain like .com,.org,.net...etc!

Google Adsense added 320×50 Ad Format to It's Ad Styles

A new ad size 320*50 is added by google adsense.

I have observed that Google Adsense added a new ad style(320×50) silently it's ad styles. It would be really a good news to every adsense publisher and it is called 'mobile banner',but we can use this even if we want to display on non-mobile version of sites that is regular site view.

Solution: Fix Blogger URL Redirection from Regional Domain to Stay on .COM

Here is the solution to stay blogger url's on .com domain from redirection of regional domains.
Recently Google Blogger has changed their privacy terms and blogger blog URL redirection as well. All blogger blog url's automatically redirects as per viewer's country domain and off-course "sitename.blogspot.com" is always alive, but when somebody opens a blog from India,it automatically redirects to "sitename.blogspot.in" .

There are so many difficulties with this change like Alexa ranking, blog post's Facebook like count, tweet count...etc!

But if you know your blog doesn't wild and not against anyone, just follow my trick:
 • Go to Blogger-Blog site- Design
 • Click on 'Edit html'
 • Search for
(at top of the code)
 • Just add the following code after
or before

 • Finally 'Save' the change.
Now your blog stay at .com domain only.
Note: I think Google will not treat this as a violation until you will not post any data against any nation or character.

Google provides Free Hosting for SMEs in India

Small and Medium Enterprise in India can get a free hosting from Google for their business.

According a survey, only 5% of SMEs(small and medium enterprises) have online service for their business in India. Google has a look at this and it offers now free hosting for SMEs in India.

"The initiative aims to break down the barriers that stop small businesses from getting online - by offering a quick, easy and free tool to set up and host a website. Our goal is to help 500,000 small medium businesses in India to get online in next three years through this program, with our partner HostGator," Rajan Anandan, MD & Vice President, Sales & Operations, Google India stated on the company blog.

Indian SMEs can logon to www.indiagetonline.in, to get registered in the initiative and get their free domain. They would need to furnish an ID document, either a Permanant Account Number (PAN), or Tax Deduction Account Number (TAN) or Corporate Identify Number (CIN).

"While India is home to an estimated 8 million small medium businesses, only about 5% have a website. This program is designed to bridge the information gap that exists online due to the lack of presence of local Indian businesses on the Internet.

Businesses often believe that getting online is too complex, costly and time-consuming; this perception prevents many SMBs from taking the first step towards building an online presence. Google India and HostGator plan to change that through this initiative," Mr Anandan stated.

Easy build web features include photos/logos, integration with social media platforms, a free Google Apps account - with personalized email ids. Those aiming to tap online advertising, will get free tips and tools Google and free coupon of worth Rs.2500 advertising trial from Google AdWords.

India Get Your Business Online program is also supported by Federation of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), popularly known as FISME. FISME will work with Google India to help SMEs get online through direct customer outreach and events.
